Tim is the sole director and founder of Irlams and immerses himself in the general day to day running of the business. Tim has lived in the area his whole life and worked in the town for over ten years, being in an enviable position to offer the best advice possible in selling your property.

Our Sales Manager Dan brings a wealth of Sales and Management knowledge having ran several estate agencies in Cheshire during his career. Dan is very much a family man out of the office and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Daniel is an experienced and knowledgeable Lettings Manager with an extensive background in Property Management. He comes to us from a fast-paced background of Manchester City Centre where he managed a vast property portfolio. In his spare time Daniel is an avid gym-goer who enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family.

Local to Knutsford and from a farming background, Peter brings a strong work ethic, excellent local knowledge and a personable approach to his role at Irlams. Peter has a wealth of experience within the property market and takes pride in providing a professional, attentive and reliable service to clients. With a natural ability to build strong relationships, Peter is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of their property journey, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout. Outside of work, Peter is a keen sports fan, with a particular interest in football. He also has a passion for cooking and enjoys trying his hand at new dishes in his spare time.

Ewan has joined the Irlams team as a Sales Negotiator, bringing with him valuable experience in the property industry. Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable, Ewan brings plenty of energy to the role and has a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients, helping to make their property journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, Ewan is a keen sports fan and particularly enjoys football and skiing. When he’s not keeping active, he enjoys spending time, socialising with friends.

Gina is an essential part of the team whilst managing the administration side of the office. Gina is committed, motivated and gives exceptional customer service with her professional demeanour and great initiative. In her spare time, Gina loves travelling, good food & socialising.

Jacqui has over 15 years industry experience in the local area and alongside Tim opened and developed the business into the success it has become today. Jacqui oversees the general running of the business and looks after the accounting and human resources.

Kim is an integral part of what we do here at Irlams, our weekend receptionist. Kim provides exceptional customer service and is committed to navigate you through any queries you have with aim of finding you your new home! In her spare time, Kim is a locally established artist crafting abstract botanical pieces, she enjoys socialising and spending time with her family.
