We’re incredibly proud to announce that Irlams Estate Agents has once again won Gold at the British Property Awards for Lettings — continuing a fantastic run of success that dates all the way back to 2021.

This consistent recognition is a real testament to the standards of service our lettings team strives to deliver year after year. The British Property Awards assess agents through independent mystery shopping, with the award based on customer service levels across the business.

We’re also delighted to have been shortlisted for a number of national awards, with the results due to be announced later this year. 🤞

Our lettings team is now headed up by Daniel Timblin, who is committed to building on this success and continuing to deliver the very best service for our landlords across WA16 and beyond.
